Big 3 needs to return to automotive engineering

Perhaps if Detroit’s automakers spent more time promoting excellence rather than diversity, they wouldn’t be shedding jobs and losing money at a record rate. Rather than social engineering, the Big 3 needs to return to automotive engineering. Focusing on merit instead of color would be a good start.
