DeVos meets the Grumpies

On February 3, the Grumpies met with Governor Jennifer Granholm. On June 7, Dick DeVos, the Republican candidate for governor, got his opportunity to meet with us.

Overall impression. DeVos is not as smooth as Granholm. Granholm knows how to work a crowd. DeVos isn’t uncomfortable, but he’s not a politician like the governor.

My libertarian nature was not soothed by DeVos answers to our questions but at least my nature wasn’t disturbed by a howling tornado combined with an earthquake and a hurricane as it is whenever Granholm opens her mouth.

DeVos is definitely the lesser of two evils. Now, can I bring myself to vote for him?
