When the facts are against you

Some supporters of Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick claim selective prosecution because of his race. Given the race of the three most recent high profile perjury cases – Bill Clinton, Martha Stewart, and Scooter Libby – it’s easy to understand why supporters would claim Kilpatrick is targeted because he’s black. When the facts are against you, play the race card.
