Warped fairness II

I commend Attorney General Mike Cox for standing up for the citizens of this state by opposing the University of Michigan’s attempt to delay the implementation of Proposal 2.

Mary Sue Coleman’s claim of unfairness warps the meaning of the word. According to her, since half the admissions for 2007 were considered using a discriminatory policy it’s only fair to discriminate against the other half too. I wonder if the students who would be denied admission because of U-M’s preference policies would agree.
