Color me skeptical

In the court opinion allowing the MCRI to appear on the ballot, District Court Judge Arthur Tarnow campaigned against the initiative with claims of fraud and deception.

By listening to the testimony of a dozen MCRI opponents, Tarnow theorized that 500,000 petition signers were deceived. Somehow a dozen people, some who made claims unsupported by direct evidence and were contradicted by other testimony, convinced Tarnow that half a million people were incapable of discerning the intent of a clearly worded petition. Color me skeptical.
