Joke of the Day - Kwame claims fraud

Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick claims he filed a lawsuit against the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative as a private citizen. Yet that lawsuit was filed on his behalf by Sharon McPhail, the General Counsel to the Mayor’s Office. This seems a bit inappropriate for “private citizen” Kilpatrick to be using city resources for his personal bidding. Then again, you have to admire his chutzpah. Kilpatrick filing a lawsuit alleging fraud is rather ironic.
