Civil rights group on FBI list
Why is BAMN called a "civil rights" group? As their name implies ("By Any Means Necessary") and their actions show, they certainly are not civil. During the MCRI petition drive, this mob frequently tried to intimidate petition circulators and citizens who signed it. If BAMN believes that linking it to terrorism is "absolutely outrageous", they should acquaint themselves with the laws of this country. According to the law, terrorism involves activities that appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population including the use, or threat of use, of force and violence in furtherance of political or social objectives. Any organization proudly claiming they will use any means necessary to prevent citizens from exercising their right to petition deserves scrutiny.
