Keep digging

Background: Michigan is entertaining the idea of expanding the bottle return deposit to juice and water bottles. A couple letters to the editor support the idea.

Sure why not? Unemployment in the state is at 8.5%; businesses are avoiding the state like the plague; and our economy has tanked. Let's add more regulations to the business environment and increase the costs to do business in Michigan.

Our elected leaders don't get it. Neither, apparently, do a number of citizens.
