Background: Democrats in the state legislator want to mandate that insurance plans that cover prescriptions must cover contraception. The State News thinks it's a good idea.
Contrary to The State News' assertion, the Democratic state lawmakers’ plan to expand sex education is not smart. State representatives want to mandate that insurance plans include coverage for contraception. Meanwhile, these same representatives express concern about the high cost of health insurance and claim something must be done.
I have a suggestion - quit mandating coverage that causes those costs to go up.
