Well at least it's not an arm and a leg

Background: My favorite state representative is sponsoring legislation that coerces a DNA sample from those arrested but not yet convicted of a violent crime. Currently, if DNA evidence exists at the scene of a crime, law enforcement has the ability to seek a search warrant and extract DNA samples from a suspect. This bill would extract DNA samples from ALL suspects.

State Representative Aldo Vagnozzi’s push to collect DNA samples from citizens who have not been convicted of a crime is a gross infringement on our rights. If Vagnozzi wasn’t already targeted for a recall because of his irresponsible vote to raise taxes, he would certainly qualify for this assault on liberty.
