How to stop Congress from violating the First Amendment

Lexington makes a compelling case for keeping the airwaves unfair and unbalanced. The opportunity for debate has expanded dramatically with competition and technology eliminating any need for a fairness doctrine. Of course, any alleged need was moot to begin with since Congress "shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech."

The solution to preventing Congress from violating the First Amendment (again) was outlined two pages before Lexington’s case. Ron Paul is the only candidate from either party that respects the U.S. Constitution and the limits it places on government. Elect him and the fairness doctrine would be dead on arrival.
