Our backs can't handle his accomplishments

In a recent letter, House Speaker Andy Dillon vigorously pats himself on the back for his proposal to cut the budget deficit (“House closes deficit with cuts, loophole closings”). Unfortunately his proposal depends on “closing loopholes” (doublespeak for “increasing taxes”) and raising trash dumping fees by 3500 percent. Dillon’s back may be able to handle his accomplishments but can ours?
